Christopher G. Berga is the managing partner of BergaLaw, PA which has offices in Coral Gables and West Palm Beach, Florida. Mr. Berga practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, general liability, real estate and construction litigation. His experience includes representing both individual and corporate clients in state and federal courts in matters involving business disputes, shareholder litigation, contract disputes, real property, construction, fraud and lending institutions.
He has successfully litigated corporate and transactional matters involving buy/sell of businesses and related administration regarding domestic and international education, construction, financial and petroleum industries which includes general liability defense, government relations including municipal contract administration and licensing as well as creditor/debtor representation regarding collections and judgment enforcement.
Mr. Berga was born in New York, New York and raised in Bayside, Queens. He attended the University of Miami and received a Bachelor of Business Administration. He further attended Boston University School of Law where he received his juris doctorate.
He lives in South Miami with his wife and three kids. He is an avid cyclist, boater and long-suffering New York Jets fan.
