Firm Information
Overview
At the law firm of David B. Mitchell, P.A., in Coral Gables, Florida, we help couples to end their marriages in the way that most suits their individual circumstances. Whether that entails mediation, collaborative divorce or litigation, our team has the knowledge and skills to walk our clients through the process step by step. Mr. Mitchell has over 30 years of experience helping people to prepare for post-divorce success.
When divorce involves children, our law firm assists parents in coming up with the child custody and time-sharing schedule that meets their children’s needs. Through our full understanding of the state’s child support laws, we are able to help parents to identify all sources of income and apply the formula to reach the accurate amount of financial support each parent should provide.
Fathers often come to us wanting to establish paternity and receive their parental rights and responsibilities. We help them to go through the steps of the process so they can develop and maintain a strong father-child relationship.
Our law firm also helps spouses with matters of pre and postnuptial agreements, domestic violence and neglect, alimony, property division and modifications. To make it easier for people to access our services, David B. Mitchell, P.A., offers free initial consultations and virtual appointments, and we also accept credit cards.
