Mr. Garcia’s significant experience in real estate transactions includes drafting and negotiating loan documents, closing commercial and construction real estate loans, closing land acquisitions and sales, and closing hundreds of residential sales and purchases. In addition, his experience also includes representing developers at the time of community association turnover, drafting and negotiating on behalf of both landlords and tenants major lease agreements for residential, retail, warehouse, and office use, representing condominium associations and homeowners associations, drafting and negotiating company documents, and representing clients in contract disputes and commercial litigation matters, including construction defect claims.
Mr. Garcia received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from St. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, in 2007 and his Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law in Miami, Florida, in 2011.
