• Part of trial team that obtained preliminary injunction enjoining termination of Temporary Protected Status for Haiti following four-day bench trial, and attorneys fees
  • Citation: Saget, et al. v. Trump, et al., 375 F. Supp. 3d 280 (E.D.N.Y. 2019)
• First-chaired six-day naturalization bench trial in federal court with trial team and successfully defended allegations that client supported terrorism
• Achieved remand from Board of Immigration Appeals and eventual termination of removal proceedings on complex aggravated felony drug trafficking issue for wrongfully-convicted noncitizen
• Secured withholding of removal for clients in immigration court with serious criminal convictions
• Obtained adjustment of status in immigration court for client accused of materially supporting terrorism
• Re-secured LPR status in immigration court for multiple noncitizens who wrongfully had their LPR status terminated decades
