The Law Offices of Robert J. Merlin, P.A., provides diligent legal guidance to individuals and families in Florida. Attorney Robert J. Merlin, the driving force behind the law firm, has over 40 years of legal experience. Since 1990, he has been dedicated to practicing family law, with a particular focus on Collaborative Family Law since 2006. He holds a dual board certification from The Florida Bar and the Florida Supreme Court in Marital/Family Law and Family Mediation, respectively.

In addition to his legal practice, he serves as a mentor to numerous attorneys and professionals who are interested in achieving peaceful conflict resolutions for their clients. He also shares his knowledge with law students and provides training to attorneys and other professionals in the Collaborative Process. He is an active member of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Collaborative Family Law Institute, among other professional organizations.
