Joshua G. Blasberg - Davie, FL

Joshua G. Blasberg is an associate attorney with The Schiller Kessler Group PIP Department. Mr. Blasberg was born and raised in South Florida. Mr. Blasberg attended the University of Central Florida where he obtained a degree in Hospitality Management. Following his undergraduate studies, Mr. Blasberg attended Nova Southeastern University School of Law where he graduated Cum Laude.

Throughout law school and after becoming an attorney, Mr. Blasberg worked defending insurance companies in PIP suits. Mr. Blasberg’s experience allows him to quickly research and discover inconsistencies in carrier’s payment practices. He has experience negotiating settlements of PIP at every stage of the litigation process, from pre-trial conference to cases set for trial. Joshua is experienced in the use of alternative dispute resolution techniques, including mediation, as a means of litigation avoidance. Joshua has obtained favorable rulings across South Florida.
