"Tom Caldwell was born in Orlando, Florida and has practiced his entire legal career in Volusia County. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a B.S. in economics and a B.B.A. in management in 1989. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Law in 1993.
Mr. Caldwell has tried cases to verdict throughout Central Florida ranging from Medical Malpractice cases to automobile accidents to ERISA claims. He is board certified in civil trial law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and a member of the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He truly feels grateful that he works in a position in which he can help people in a time of need.
He is acitive in civic organizations , most notably the YMCA chapter of East Volusia County. He enjoys fatherhood, all sports, music and is an avid tropical fish hobbyist."
