Overview

Troy Parker is an associate attorney in the Insurance Defense practice group at Smith Bigman Brock. He graduated from the Barry University, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2022. During law school Mr. Parker served as the Senior Editor for The Barry Child and Family Law Journal and Treasurer of the Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Additionally, he worked as a Legal Intern for the Tejes Law Firm and collaborated with the bankruptcy clinic assisting clients in obtaining free legal services through Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida. Prior to joining our team Mr. Parker worked for the Peterson Law Group, the Office of the Public Defender, and Wood Smith Henning & Berman LLP. He is experienced in various areas of law including, but not limited to, bankruptcy, estate planning, guardianship, HOA, landlord/tenant, probate, real estate, criminal and insurance defense litigation. Troy's passion for client advocacy, community service, and most recent focus on insurance defense litigation make him a great addition to our team.
