Mrs. Morgan Paul specializes in representing homeowners' insurance carriers in first party property claims and insurance coverage disputes. Mrs. Morgan Paul is based out of our firm's central Florida DeLand location, and handles matters for the firm's insurance clients statewide.
Mrs. Morgan Paul is active in Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention ("FACAP"), an organization that fights arson and insurance fraud in the state of Florida. She also attends the annual Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee ("FIFEC"), a joint effort between law enforcement and the Special Investigation Unit of the insurance industry. Mrs. Morgan Paul is also a member of the Florida Property and Casualty Task Force. Mrs. Morgan Paul has presented as a speaker at the FIFEC conference, as well as Florida Liability Claims Conference ("FLCC").
Mrs. Morgan Paul is a graduate of Leadership Daytona and served as a past two-term board member of the Florida Defense Lawyers' Association.
Mrs. Morgan Paul received her Juris Doctorate in 2004 from Stetson University College of Law. During her four years at Radford University, Mrs. Morgan Paul played for the college's NCAA Division I Volleyball program. She is currently active in the United States Equestrian Federation and United States Eventing Association
