Born in Queens, New York, and raised in Boca Raton, Florida, Mr. Kaplan brings a dynamic blend of dedication and compassion to Steinberg Law as an associate attorney.

Mr. Kaplan earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University in Political Science and obtained his Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Mr. Kaplan is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern District of Florida. Specializing in cases involving auto accidents and premises liability, Mr. Kaplan is committed to advocating for clients and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve.
