Verified ClientHired Law firm 2022-2024In a nation where everything seems to be uncertain and we are faced with constant challenges, as a mother of a special needs child I was faced to fight for her rights when she was sexually abused on school grounds. Needless to say the emotional toll was devastating , but I had to seek legal help to get my daughter justice. I spoke to many attorneys prior to making the decision to retaining Ms. Elana Goodman from Horowitz Law. I will speak of her professionalism and passion for what she does to represent her clients. It was a long journey , however, throughout it all, Ms. Goodman maintained me informed of the progress of the case, educated me to the rights of my daughter and maintained amazing communication with me. Her knowledge in the field was evident in every meeting we held. My only stumbling block was that we didn't push more for a parent claim and I was not explained that a minor's personal injury claim will go into a structured settlement until the very end of the case. Yes we won the case, and she provided me with additional resourceful people who can continue to assist me in helping my daughter deal with the setbacks of this repulsive act committed by a staff member at her school. As I continue to help my daughter heal, I am also very grateful to have found Elana and Adam , two dedicated attorneys with compassion and knowledge of the rights of victims.
