Alan G. Geffin is the Managing Partner of the firm and a highly respected trial attorney with decades of experience representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death matters. Admitted to The Florida Bar in 1988, he has dedicated his practice to advocating for clients who have suffered serious injuries due to negligence.
Mr. Geffin handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including automobile, trucking, motorcycle, bicycle, boating, and cruise ship accidents, as well as medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, premises liability, negligent security, and defective product claims.
A graduate of the University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 1988, B.A. 1985), Mr. Geffin distinguished himself as Editor of the Law Review, Treasurer of the Student Bar Association, member of the Bar and Gavel Honor Society, winner of the First Year Moot Court Competition, and a Dean's List honoree. He also served as a judicial intern for Judge Natalie Baskin of the Third District Court of Appeal.
Mr. Geffin is admitted to practice in Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.
