Conrad & Scherer was founded in Fort Lauderdale in 1974 by William R. Scherer, Jr. and Rex Conrad as a litigation-focused law firm built on preparation, integrity and strong advocacy.

More than 50 years later, the firm has grown into a nationally recognized litigation practice representing businesses, institutions, governmental entities and individuals in complex disputes throughout Florida, across the United States and internationally.
