Mr. Martinez has experience zealously representing clients both in and out of the courtroom and has regularly traveled throughout the state of Florida, appearing in numerous districts representing clients in all aspects of litigation, including trials. Prior to joining Weinstein Legal in 2022, Mr. Martinez worked at a well-known personal injury law firm for five years where he gained valuable experience as one of the firms lead litigators.
Mr. Martinez is of Cuban descent and is fluent in Spanish. He grew up in South Florida and graduated from Atlantic Community High School. When not at the office, he enjoys spending time with his family and watching any and all Miami sports teams compete.
