Eric obtained his bachelor’s degree at the State University of New York at Albany, where he assumed the role of President of his Fraternity, the youngest in the chapter’s history, and led impactful community service and charitable initiatives, most notably for St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Eric’s legal education continued at St. John's University School of Law in Queens, New York, where he was honored to receive the James V. Mangano Scholarship and the Dean's Award for Excellence. Throughout law school, Eric pursued various internships, including a judicial internship with the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
