Fernando Silva - Fort Lauderdale, FL

Fernando A. Silva is an associate attorney at Blakeley Car Accident & Personal Injury Lawyers. He is originally from Maracaibo, Venezuela, where he obtained his law degree from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta. He came to the United States in 2011 to pursue a master’s in criminal justice at Florida International University (FIU). After successfully obtaining his master’s degree, he followed his passion for the law and earned his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, passing the Florida Bar in 2018.

In 2021, he received a Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights (LL.M.) from St. Thomas University, graduating magna cum laude.

Fernando has extensive experience representing victims in personal injury cases, focusing on catastrophic car accidents and slip and fall incidents.

In his free time, Fernando enjoys Italian soccer and playing poker with his friends.
