Natalie Ferral is an associate attorney with Mathis Law Group whose practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, insurance coverage disputes, labor and employment matters, business disputes, and civil litigation. She represents corporate and individual clients through all phases of litigation, including pre-suit strategy, discovery, dispositive motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

Ms. Ferral brings a diverse litigation background spanning commercial disputes, insurance defense, first-party property litigation, corporate governance matters, landlord-tenant disputes, and probate litigation. Her experience includes representing insurers, businesses, and corporate clients in high-exposure and complex litigation matters throughout Florida. Consistent with Mathis Law Group’s client-focused approach and emphasis on practical business solutions, she works closely with clients to develop strategic and efficient litigation plans tailored to their operational and legal objectives.

Prior to joining Mathis Law Group, Ms. Ferral managed extensive litigation caseloads involving first-party property claims, general liability matters, complex commercial disputes, and appellate litigation. She previously served as General Associate Counsel for Universal Property & Casualty Insurance Company, where she handled matters from inception through appeal, including motion practice, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation. Her litigation experience also includes matters involving federal copyright infringement, securities and commodities disputes, corporate compliance, and business-related litigation.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Ferral served as a Staff Attorney with Americans for Immigrant Justice, where she represented clients in proceedings before Florida state courts, Federal Immigration Court, and the Board of Immigration Appeals. Through that role, she gained substantial courtroom and appellate advocacy experience while representing clients in complex and high-stakes matters.

Ms. Ferral earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, where she participated in the Youth Advocacy Group, the Intellectual Property Law Society, the Labor and Employment Law Society, and the Latin American Law Students Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics, summa cum laude, from Florida State University, graduating with numerous academic honors, including Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi.

She is fluent in Spanish and is experienced in all aspects of litigation practice, including legal research, motion drafting, depositions, hearings, mediations, and appellate matters.
