In the same vein, Mr. Foley is a former assistant state attorney for the 20th Judicial District of Florida and, for over two decades, served as a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Foley served as an aviator and captain in the United States Army, as well as being Air Assault qualified. He was awarded the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Meritorious Service Medal and two commendation medals, as well as the National Defense Service Medal (Persian Gulf War).
