From our office in Fort Myers, Florida, the Foley & Wilson Law Firm provides stalwart advocacy to clients battling a wide range of criminal defense matters, including state crimes such as domestic violence, drug crimes, burglary and theft, sex crimes, expungement, DUI/DWIs, gun violations, violent crimes and white collar crimes. In addition, our deft legal team is well-equipped to handle federal crimes of maximal complexity involving federal tax fraud, mail and wire fraud, conspiracy and federal drug trafficking, among many others.

We are committed to seeing our clients get some respite in their legal issues, no matter how severe the charges are. Our attorneys are eminent professionals, pursuing every available legal avenue in an effort to achieve their clients’ goals expeditiously and with care. The partners of our firm, Robert Foley and Desiree Wilson, are seasoned veterans within the legal profession, having served on behalf of the state for numerous years.

Ms. Wilson is a former assistant United States attorney, later serving as senior assistant appellate counsel for the Wyoming Office of the Public Defender – where she regularly provided oral arguments to the Wyoming Supreme Court. In the same vein, Mr. Foley is a former assistant state attorney for the 20th Judicial District of Florida and, for over two decades, served as a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Prior to entering the legal profession, Mr. Foley served as an aviator and captain in the United States Army, as well as being Air Assault qualified. He was awarded the Overseas Service Ribbon, the Meritorious Service Medal and two commendation medals, as well as the National Defense Service Medal (Persian Gulf War).
