In addition to his courtroom successes, Brett has recovered many millions more in settlements on behalf of clients facing some of the largest corporations and insurance companies in the country.
What distinguishes Brett from many personal injury attorneys is his extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Before dedicating his practice to representing injured individuals and families, Brett spent years defending insurance companies, corporations, municipalities, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and self-insured entities in complex civil litigation throughout Florida.
That experience provides Brett with a unique understanding of how insurance carriers evaluate claims, assess risk, develop litigation strategies, and make settlement decisions.
