Overview

Mr. Folds was born in Gainesville, Florida in 1940. He has served the community with expert legal counsel since he graduated from the University of Florida in 1965.

Mr. Folds is the Senior Partner of Folds Walker Attorneys at Law. His main area of practice is civil litigation with a focus on family law and commercial litigation. In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Folds is also a Certified Family and Circuit Mediator.

For over 57 years, Mr. Folds has represented Gainesville clients through complex proceedings, including high asset dissolution of marriage cases and civil litigation. For complex matters, he works closely with skilled and experienced forensic accountants, appraisers, vocational evaluators, psychologists and other professionals in order to help our clients achieve desired results. Mr. Folds is the former City attorney for the municipalities of Waldo, Newberry, Alachua, Hawthorne, Trenton, Cedar Key, Micanopy and McIntosh, Florida.
