Overview
Raised in Jacksonville, Mr. Luciano takes pride in representing the people of his hometown as well as those throughout the State of Florida. Mr. Luciano attended Terry Parker High School before leaving Jacksonville for Tallahassee, where he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and his Juris Doctor from the Florida State University. While in law school, he was a member of the Florida State College of Law Moot Court Team and competed nationally in writing and oral advocacy competitions. Antonio also earned the Criminal Law Book Award for outstanding academic achievement. After graduating with honors, Mr. Luciano returned home to join Morgan & Morgan in the firm's Jacksonville office.
Since 2013, he has focused primarily on litigating on behalf of Florida residents and their families against the major U.S. tobacco companies for the negligence, fraud, and conspiracy committed by them beginning in the 1950s. In that time, Mr. Luciano has also gained experience in general personal injury litigation and has assisted in both Engle Tobacco and medical malpractice trials.
Mr. Luciano is a passionate advocate for individuals injured by others. He's also active in his community. In April 2016, he competed as an American Ninja Warrior in order to raise money for the Jacksonville Area Legal Aid organization which helps low income and special-needs residents.
