That prosecutorial background gives us a distinct advantage: we know how the state builds its cases and presents evidence, and where those cases are most vulnerable to challenge. A 2004 honors graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, he has since tried more than 55 jury trials to verdict in both state and federal courts, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
