Overview

Mark Kahley received his Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in 2002, followed by his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2007. Mr. Kahley has been a member of The Florida Bar since 2007, and he was admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida in 2011.

From 2006 through 2008, Mark worked for the chief operating officer and general counsel of a regional insurance carrier to ensure the company complied with state and federal regulations. In addition, Mark has prior claims-handling experience. Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Mr. Kahley worked at a local insurance defense firm where his practice included both first- and third-party insurance defense and coverage issues, and he gained valuable trial experience in defending third-party liability actions across the North Florida region.

Outside of work, Mr. Kahley enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children.
