Attorney Information
Overview
I am a dedicated personal injury attorney with a passion for helping individuals navigate the challenges that come with injury and loss caused by someone else’s negligence. I firmly believe that a successful case starts with building a strong relationship with my clients, ensuring they feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout the legal process. My clients appreciate my personal approach and commitment to being there when they need it most.
A 2010 graduate of the University of North Florida, I went on to earn my J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in 2013. My career began with a diverse range of experience, working as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 insurance company and then at law firms defending insurance companies and major corporations. For the last several years, my practice has solely focused on advocating for individuals who have been harmed by others’ negligence, recovering millions for my clients.
My experience doing defense work gives me valuable insight into how insurance companies and large corporations think and operate. This unique perspective allows me to effectively advocate for my clients, maximizing the value of their claims and ensuring they get the compensation they deserve.
In my free time, I enjoy unwinding by inshore fishing or hitting the golf course. Most importantly, I value spending time with my family and being active in my community.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
