Nicolle Von Roenn was born in South America and moved to the United States in 1996. She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2009.

After graduating law school, she joined an insurance defense firm focused on handling solely personal injury protection (PIP) claims. She spent several years defending these types of cases through trial and learning all of the insurance company tactics when it came to litigating the claims. She also spent almost five years at Boyd & Jenerette, a local insurance defense firm, where she spent her time defending insurance companies in auto accident cases, wrongful death, slip and falls, and first party cases.

Ms. Von Roenn is licensed to practice in federal and state courts.
