Admitted to The Florida Bar in 2006, Attorney Mark Andrew James applies his years of experience earned from successfully handling important and sensitive legal matters, both inside and outside the courtrooms of the State of Florida, to effectively assist his clients in an approachable, down to earth and efficient manner.
A lifelong Florida resident, Mark earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Barry University, Dwayne Andreas School of Law in Orlando, FL, Certificate in International Business Law from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, CA, and Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. In addition to being admitted to the Florida Bar since 2006, (FBN 22619) Mark is admitted to practice before the U.S. Federal District Courts in the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida, and the United States Tax Court. Mark is also internationally qualified as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales since 2012. (SRA #493922(inactive)).
As an active member of the community, Mark has actively served as a volunteer Judge with the local Teen Court diversion program for over 17 years and has served as a volunteer Lemon Law Arbitrator for the Better Business Bureau of Central Florida since 2009.
While legal matters often pose difficult and challenging issues, Mark's philosophy regarding the practice of law is simple: Listen closely and serve each and every client with respect and dignity while providing solutions in a straightforward, honest, and efficient manner.
