"Christopher Spath was raised here in Polk County and began working at the age of 14 in his family owned a jewelry store in Bartow. After graduating from Bartow High School, he attended USF and achieved his Bachelor of Science with a double major from the USF College of Business. Three years later, he earned his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and began his legal career as a solo practitioner in the Tampa Bay area where he handled Wills, Trust, and Estates for high net-worth individuals.
From there, Mr. Spath gained criminal law experience working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Polk County.
