Overview
Nick Pineiro is a native Floridian and Cuban-American. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of Central Florida in 2015. Before pursuing his legal career, Nick made a sought to make an impact in the community by coordinating healthcare services for injured workers under Florida’s workers’ compensation system, giving him invaluable experience in navigating complex regulations and advocating for the injured.
In 2017, Nick relocated to Saint Petersburg to attend Stetson University College of Law. During his law school journey, he honed his skills as a law clerk, gaining critical insights into Estate Planning and Probate Administration. These early experiences provided him with a solid foundation in the areas of law that continue to inform his practice today.
Upon admission to the Florida Bar, Nick began his legal career representing prominent Florida insurance companies and major automotive manufacturers. He handled complex cases involving insurance coverage disputes and breach of warranty claims, developing a keen understanding of corporate defense strategies. Now, Nick leverages this knowledge to advocate for individuals, leveraging the expertise he gained defending major corporations to protect and advance his clients’ interests.
Beyond his legal practice, Nick enjoys travel and spends his off-hours hiking, off-roading, and exploring the diverse landscapes of the country, together with his wife, Michelle, and their two dogs.
