Alec Chism is an Associate Attorney at Goodwin Law Group, P.A., where he provides strategic guidance and hands‑on advocacy in real estate, civil, and business matters. Alec is committed to building strong relationships with both individual and business clients, offering personalized legal solutions tailored to their goals and circumstances.

Before joining the firm, Alec earned his Juris Doctor from Mississippi College School of Law, where he received multiple Best Paper Awards, was recognized by the Mississippi Bar’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Section, and was honored as a Pupil in the Charles Clark American Inn of Court. He previously clerked with the Mississippi Department of Finance and Administration, gaining valuable experience in contract review, regulatory compliance, and complex business matters.

Alec grew up in the Chicagoland area and later earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Mississippi State University. Outside the office, he enjoys rooting on his Mississippi State Bulldogs, golfing, exploring the outdoors, and traveling.
