Anthony N. Brimo graduated from the University of Miami Law School in 1977. Mr. Brimo initially practiced law in the Fort Lauderdale area for 17 years. For the last 20 years he has served clients in Brevard County, Florida.
Mr. Brimo concentrates his legal practice in the area of elder law which includes wills and trusts, probate, medicaid planning and guardianship law. Mr. Brimo also has significant litigation experience over the last 37 years. This litigation includes probate and inheritance disputes, contested guardianships, and commercial disputes between parties.
Mr. Brimo is a member of the Florida Bar, Brevard County Bar Association, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. He has given seminars in the areas of elder law and bankruptcy.
