Bailey Shadburn - Melbourne, FL

Bailey A. Shadburn is a personal injury litigation attorney at the Melbourne, Florida office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and with a Minor in Leadership. After graduation, she attended Stetson University College of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor.

Out of law school, she accepted a position as a trial attorney for the Office of the Public Defender in Viera, Florida, where she gained extensive litigation experience by completing over 40 trials in both misdemeanor and felony divisions. She has centered her career around helping clients seek justice and continues this work at Morgan & Morgan.

Bailey is actively involved in the legal community, with membership in both the Brevard County Bar Association and the Brevard County Young Lawyers Division. She was elected President of the Brevard County Young Lawyers Division for the 2022-2023 year. She resides in Viera, Florida with her husband, two children, and two fur babies. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, watching football and the Chicago Cubs, and hosting barbecues for her friends and family.
