Overview
Mrs. Barranco Garcia was born in Cuba and came to the United States at the age of 14. Arriving at this country without speaking English Crystal made it her mission to achieve her dreams. She started learning English in 9th grade at Westland High School, and by her junior year she was earning Cambridge ACE certifications and taking honors classes. She graduated with highest honors from Miami-Dade college with an Associate’s degree in Psychology. She later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science as well as a minor in International Relations at Florida International University where she graduated cum laude. She also recently graduated cum laude from St. Thomas University College of Law with her juris doctor degree. Crystal worked for many years in the insurance field and now uses that knowledge in the personal injury field.
She enjoys philanthropic work such as serving in her local church, fundraising for kids in Cuba and fundraising for assistance after natural disasters. She continues visiting Cuba and helping people in need. She has a passion for teaching others what she has learned and teaching others that their dreams can always become a reality.
Mrs. Barranco Garcia is fluent in English and Spanish and licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
