Attorney Information
Overview
Jack graduated from the University of Virginia in 2019 with a major in Economics and a minor in Spanish. After a year working for the Miami Dolphins, Jack attended the University of Miami School of Law, graduating cum laude in 2023. While in law school, Jack interned at the State Attorney’s Office and served as Articles and Comments Editor for the Business Law Review.
Jack is a South Florida native — born in Miami and raised in Naples. Jack is passionate about his community and has spent his early career advocating for homeowners in Southwest Florida who lost their homes during Hurricane Ian. After obtaining numerous favorable settlements for the insureds, Jack has returned to the east coast to further sharpen his litigation skills at AXS Law Group, where he hopes to continue to make a positive impact for his clients and the community at large.
Jack gained valuable courtroom experience early in his career. In his first year of practice, Jack was involved in a jury trial, where he was responsible for examining expert witnesses and arguing directed verdict motions. Jack has experience deposing party opponents, arguing at summary judgment hearings, and conducting mediations and arbitrations. Outside of the courtroom, Jack enjoys staying active through golf, tennis, and pickleball. In the afternoons, you can find him outside taking his cat, Sergeant, for his daily walk.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
