Overview

Ms. Kleinberg practices in the areas of complex business litigation, receivership and securities litigation, and employment litigation. Ms. Kleinberg is a member of the Florida Bar Business Law Section, the Dade County Bar Association, and the Miami Dade Chapter of the Florida Association For Women Lawyers.

Prior to joining Damian & Valori LLP, Ms. Kleinberg was a summer clerk for the Honorable Rosa Rodriguez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.

Ms. Kleinberg received her law degree from University of Miami School of Law (J.D. 2018) and was an intern of the Professional Responsibility and Ethics Program. Ms. Kleinberg graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2015, receiving a bachelor of science degree in legal studies with a minor in sociology.
