Marc P. Since earning his law degree magna cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2011, Mr. Kunen has earned wide recognition for his litigation success. He has served as lead trial counsel in multiple high-profile verdicts, including a $70,102,000 award in Thornton v. GEA Mechanical Equipment US, Inc.—the third-largest verdict in Florida in 2019, and a $9,000,000 verdict in Moure-Cabrera v. Johnson & Johnson, the first verdict against a talcum powder manufacturer in the State of Florida. Other notable results include $6,785,000 in Moore v. John Crane Inc., $2,854,159 in Hernandez v. Union Carbide Corporation, and $300,000 in Johnson v. ExxonMobil Corporation.

Mr. Kunen’s skill as a trial attorney has earned him a place among the National Trial Lawyers’ “Top 40 Under 40” from 2017 through 2025.
