Mr. Keshen received his LLM in taxation from New York University in 1971; his LLB from Boston University School of Law in 1968; and his AB from Cornell University in 1964. He has been practicing law since 1968 and is a member of the Florida, Massachusetts, and New Jersey Bars. He chaired for several years the Board Certification Review course for Wills, Trusts & Estates Certification sponsored by the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar. He is a member of the Executive Council for the Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar and a past member of the Probate Rules Committee of the Real Property of the Florida Bar involved in the revision of the probate rules under the new probate code. He serves as a committee member of the Corporate Fiduciaries' Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and of the Miami-Dade County Bar Probate Committee. He has frequently lectured about Wills, Living Trusts, Living Wills, Health Care Powers, Durable Powers of Attorney, Probate Litigation, and Homestead law.
