Overview
Richard Robbins is based out of the Miami office of Morgan & Morgan and handles workers' compensation claims in Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties.
Mr. Robbins was raised in Marathon in the Florida Keys. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University in 2000, and graduated cum laude from Barry University School of Law in 2010.
Mr. Robbins is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation a distinction given to less than 2 percent of all attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. This certifies him as a lawyer with special knowledge, skills and proficiency, and he is considered a specialist and expert in all aspects of Workers' Compensation. This certification is the highest level of recognition by the Florida Bar in the area of Workers' Compensation litigation. Additionally, Mr. Robbins has been rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, the highest rating attainable for legal ability and ethics in the practice of law.
Prior to joining the Morgan & Morgan team, Mr. Robbins represented employers, municipalities, and insurance companies in workers' compensation matters. Now, Mr. Robbins uses the experience that he obtained representing insurance companies to better assist injured workers in the claims process.
