Attorney Information
Overview
Sabrina Zarco is an associate at Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A., which she joined in March 2026. Her practice focuses on complex commercial and business litigation, representing clients in high-stakes disputes in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) forums. Sabrina brings a client-first, results-driven approach informed by extensive trial and ADR experience.
Sabrina’s litigation background includes briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, managing fact and expert discovery, preparing witnesses for deposition and trial, and negotiating business‑focused resolutions in mediation. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced for over five years as an associate in Berger Singerman LLP’s Miami office, where she litigated complex business disputes in both state and federal court and represented clients in mediation. Specifically, Sabrina was pivotal in the trial team that defended a $10 million business dispute, securing a complete defense verdict in Miami’s first-ever trial before a private judge.
Sabrina’s judicial and law firm experience spans both trial and ADR environments. During law school, she interned with the Honorable Beth Bloom and later served as a Summer Associate at Berger Singerman LLP. Before law school, she interned with the Honorable Judge Beatrice Butchko‑Sanchez and with Hoffman Fabano, P.A., experiences that helped shape her practical, advocacy‑oriented mindset.
Sabrina earned her J.D. in 2020 from The George Washington University Law School, where she excelled in the Legal Research and Writing & Oral Advocacy course and subsequently served as a Teacher’s Assistant for the First‑Year Legal Research and Writing & Oral Advocacy course. She was also an active member of the George Washington International Law Review Journal and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board.
Outside the office, Sabrina enjoys outdoor activities—especially biking and time at the beach—and values time with family and friends. She embraces a “work hard, play hard” philosophy that complements her client‑focused advocacy.

How do I choose a lawyer?
Consider the following:
- Comfort Level – Are you comfortable telling the lawyer personal information? Does the lawyer seem interested in solving your problem?
- Credentials – How long has the lawyer been in practice? Has the lawyer worked on other cases similar to yours?
- Cost – How are the lawyer's fees structured — hourly or flat fee? Can the lawyer estimate the cost of your case?
- City – Is the lawyer's office conveniently located?
Not sure what questions to ask a lawyer?
Here are a few to get you started:
- How long have you been in practice?
- How many cases like mine have you handled?
- How often do you settle cases out of court?
- What are your fees and costs?
- What are the next steps?
Want to check lawyer discipline?
It is always a good idea to research your lawyer prior to hiring. Every state has a disciplinary organization that monitors attorneys, their licenses, and consumer complaints. By researching lawyer discipline you can:
- Ensure the attorney is currently licensed to practice in your state
- Gain an understanding of his or her historical disciplinary record, if any.
- Determine the seriousness of complaints/issues which could range from late bar fees to more serious issues requiring disciplinary action.
