Overview

Taylor Duncker grew up in California. She attended Chapman University on a scholarship, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance. Ms. Duncker went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law, where she received a Dean’s Scholarship and graduated magna cum laude as the Salutatorian of her class.

While in law school, Ms. Duncker served as a Senior Staff Member of the Florida International University Law Review and was a member of the FIU Moot Court Board of Appellate Advocates, competing in various appellate advocacy competitions. She also received Dean’s List recognition and earned several CALI Excellence for the Future Awards, which are bestowed to the top performer in each course.

Ms. Duncker joined Zarco Einhorn Salkowski, P.A. as a law clerk in 2022 and continued working with the firm throughout her time in law school. She became an associate in April 2025.
