Victor Y. Guerra was born in Havana, Cuba and moved to Florida when he was six years old. In 2006, Mr. Guerra earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Florida International University. Thereafter, he earned his Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School in 2009, where he was awarded first place in the Intra-School Moot Court Competition.
Mr. Guerra has been with the Law Offices of Felipe E. Diez, P.A. since graduating and passing the Florida Bar Exam in 2009, handling insurance cases, personal injury cases, and other civil litigation matters.
