Brendan P. Karl - Naples, FL

Brendan P. Karl is an associate attorney in the Firm's Naples office. His practice areas include contract disputes, construction defect and lien litigation, condominium and homeowners' association matters, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Karl obtained his Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Hillsdale College. Next, he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Ave Maria School of Law, where he graduated cum laude. During law school, Mr. Karl served as a Senior Editor of Ave Maria Law Review, earned CALI awards in Torts and in Research, Writing, and Advocacy, and worked as a law clerk at the Florida Governor's Office of General Counsel.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Karl was a staff attorney in Florida's Twentieth Judicial Circuit. He then commissioned as an officer in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's (JAG) Corps. During this time, Mr. Karl was appointed as a Special Assistant United States Attorney for the Western District of Missouri. He also deployed in support of Operation Inherent Resolve.

Mr. Karl is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is currently the Vice President of the Ave Maria School of Law Alumni Association.
