Overview
Mr. Green graduated from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1995. He was admitted to both the Alabama and Georgia bars immediately thereafter. Mr. Green practiced with a large civil litigation firm in Birmingham, Alabama before he and his family relocated to his wife's hometown of Naples, Florida in 1998. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1999.
After practicing for several years with legendary Naples trial lawyer, Mike McDonnell, Mr. Green started his own firm in 2002. During his more than 25 years of practice, Mr. Green has handled a vast variety of complex civil litigation matters. He has also served as a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator since 2007.
When not working, Mr. Green enjoys hunting, fishing, making music with his friends and spending quality time with his family.
