Our firm is led by Scott T. Moorey, whose legal career began in 1997 when he interned at the local State Attorney’s Office. During that time, he prosecuted cases and quickly realized his passion was not in prosecuting but in defending individuals. His experience on that side of the courtroom gave him valuable insight into how cases are built and pursued. More importantly, it shaped his belief that people are inherently good, even when they make mistakes, a principle reflected in our guiding philosophy: “Good People Do Get Arrested.”
We focus our practice exclusively on criminal defense, representing clients across a wide range of charges. Our services include defense for DUI cases, gun-related charges, drug crimes, sex offenses and violent crimes. We also handle juvenile crimes, white collar offenses, theft and property crimes, as well as cases involving resisting arrest and violation of probation. In addition, we assist clients with false arrest claims and the sealing and expungement of criminal records, helping them protect their future opportunities.
