Mr. Garvin has handled various State and Federal criminal cases including but not limited to Bank Robbery, Drug Trafficking, Drug Possession, Strong arm robbery, Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, Child Abuse, Animal Abuse, as well as Misdemeanor offences such as: Driving and Boating under the influence (DUI & BUI), Driving while license suspended or revoked (DWLS), Possession of Cannabis (Marijuana), Battery. Mr. Garvin has also participated in Various Serious Injury cases such as: Auto Accidents, Slip and Fall, Medical Malpractice, just to name a few.
