He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida with honors in 1993, and graduated from the University of Florida's College of Law in 1997. Andrew is Board Certified in Workers' Compensation distinguishing him as a lawyer with special knowledge, skills and proficiency and is considered a specialist and expert in all aspects of Workers' Compensation.
Additionally, Mr. Serano has been rated "AV Preeminent" by Martindale Hubbell Peer Review, the highest rating attainable for legal ability and ethics in the practice of law.
