Overview
Mr. Gilchrist has substantial litigation experience, including experience in all phases of intellectual property, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, unfair trade and restrictive covenant disputes. He has been rated an “AV’ attorney by Martindale-Hubbell since June 5, 1996. Mr. Gilchrist is a Guardian ad Litem with the Orange County Legal Aid Society and received an Award of Excellence in 2000 and 2004 for his efforts.
Mr. Gilchrist is certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a mediator and serves as a certified mediator for the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida. He has been appointed by the Judges of the Middle District to mediate a number of intellectual property disputes and has been selected by numerous litigants as a third party neutral to assist in resolving intellectual property disputes.
