Brooke Charlan - Orlando, FL

Brooke Charlan is a proud graduate of Stetson University College of Law where she graduated with Honors and in the top 10% of her class. Ms. Charlan was a member of the Law School's nationally recognized Trial Team and Law Review. Following graduation, she commenced her practice of law by joining a very active and busy medical malpractice trial group, where she primarily handled cases involving birth injuries and birth trauma. She spent this invaluable time litigating and trying birth injury cases across multiple jurisdictions and against nearly every large hospital system in Florida. To learn more about the innerworkings of the healthcare industry, Ms. Charlan briefly transitioned her practice to the defense of physicians and healthcare entities. While this time proved informative, her desire to resume service as a consumer/patient advocate drove Ms. Charlan to join Morgan & Morgan. Today, she devotes 100% of her practice to fighting for families who have fallen victim to birth injuries and/or birth trauma.
