James Davis - Orlando, FL

James Davis was born in Dearborn, Michigan and raised in Mount Dora, Florida. Mr. Davis attended the University of Florida where he graduated with his Bachelor's Degree in Sport Management. Mr. Davis then earned his J.D. graduating Cum Laude from Barry University School of Law here in Orlando. In law school, Mr. Davis was the Managing Editor of the Environmental & Earth Law Journal and earned several Book Awards.

After passing the Florida Bar Exam and being admitted to practice law in the State of Florida, Mr. Davis began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney for the 9th Judicial Circuit. At the State Attorney's Office, he specialized in prosecuting domestic violence cases ranging in severity from misdemeanor cases to those punishable by life in prison. Mr. Davis earned a reputation for being able to connect with juries and have them return guilty verdicts in difficult cases. In May 2022, Mr. Davis joined Morgan and Morgan to continue to fight for justice for those who have been wronged.
