Jose Angel Rodriguez was born in New York City, and then did his primary schooling in Kissimmee, Florida. Mr. Rodriguez attended the University of Central Florida and earned his degree in Legal Studies in 1999, and then attended Nova Southeastern University Shepard Law Center where he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree in 2003.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Rodriguez then worked as an associate at several different law firms practicing in the areas of family law and worker’s compensation. In 2019, Mr. Rodriguez became a Florida Certified Family Law Mediator. In 2010, Mr. Rodriguez founded Jose A. Rodriguez Law, P.L. and provides services in the areas of family law, wills and family law mediation.

Mr. Rodriguez has extensive experience representing clients in divorces, child custody issues, parenting issues, property division, alimony, modification matters, child relocation, domestic violence injunctions and paternity. Mr. Rodriguez understands the importance of being compassionate, but always prepares to provide aggressive representation.

Mr. Rodriguez is licensed to practice in State and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Rodriguez provides legal and mediation services all throughout central Florida, including Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk Counties.
