Amy Borgerson - Palm Beach Gardens, FL

Amy Borgersen is an attorney with the firm’s VA benefits group and is dedicated to the pursuit of justice for the those who served and continue to serve our country. As a former attorney with a Veteran’s Service Organization in Washington, D.C., she has extensive experience representing Veterans before the United States Board of Veteran’s Appeals. Ms. Borgersen is a zealous advocate who devotes 100 percent of her practice to helping injured Veterans and their family members.

Ms. Borgersen obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Florida Atlantic University and obtained her law degree from Western Michigan University Law School, cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Practical and Clinical Law. After graduating, she took a job as a Federal contractor with the Disability Rights Section of the United States Department of Justice Office in the District of Columbia where she investigated complaints that alleged disability discrimination under titles I, II, and III of the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Ms. Borgersen is a member of the Virginia State Bar who is also accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and is admitted to practice before the Court of Veterans Claims.
